Time for a New Business Card
How do you know when it is time for a new business card? It can be difficult to determine when you should have a new business card printed but there are certain scenarios that call for a change in business cards and we will outline them in this post. Let’s be clear though; not all of these scenarios will pertain to you directly right now but they could come up in the very near future so pay attention to our tips.
The first scenario to arise is if you change your job. This is an obvious reason to change our business card because you will need to put all kinds of new information on the card you hand out to your prospective clients. Every single time you change a job you should change your business card, even if you think that you will not be at the new job for too long of a time.
The second scenario to arise is if you are promoted to a new position within the company you currently work for. You should be proud of your promotion and show it off to clients and others that have your business card by printing a new version of your business card documenting your promotion.
The third scenario to arise is if your company decides to change your business email address or office phone number because they have acquired a new website or a new phone company. Do not continue to hand out old business cards because the information will be incorrect.
