Business Cards for Athletes

Business cards are a staple of the business world and the educational world as well. People of all ages and from all background can use business cards to advertise their job, their business, or the services their business offers. Business cards can be used by owners, employees, students and even athletes. The majority of athletes that should use business cards are student athletes.

Student athletes at the high school level need to prove to potential colleges that they can not only play at their school but also compete academically. Student athletes at the high school level should include with their athletic video tape a business card that gives the college recruiter information about the athlete and how to reach them.

Not only does having a business card at such a young age show college recruiters how serious a student is about going to college, it also helps the student athlete get their information out to colleges and universities without having to send out countless letters of intent or athletic highlight reel tapes.

A student athlete should put their name on the business card along with their phone number, an email address and the sport they play and where they go to high school. The student athlete should utilize the back of the card by printing some athletic stats on the card as well.

Business cards are not just for businesses or people that own businesses but also for students looking to gain admission to a college based on their academics or their athletic ability.
