Beach Tags as Business Cards
Beach tags are a popular item across the state of New Jersey at the shore towns. Shore towns use beach tags that allow the public to access their beaches for a fee. Beach tags can be bought for a single day, for a week, or for the entire summer season. Most beach tags cost anywhere from $10-$15 per tag for the season and the money raised is put to good use. Most shore communities use the money to help replenish the beaches with sand, upgrade lifeguard towers and lifeboats, pay city employees, pay lifeguards and much more.
So why are we talking about beach tags on a business card blog? The answer is quite simple; beach tags are inadvertently used as business cards. How? The beach tags usually have the name of the city printed on them along with the year they are effective. Some shore towns even print the website for their town on the beach tag as well. This can be considered a business card if you look at it in the business card sense.
Most beach tags usually optimize just the front of the tag and not the back but shore towns could accomplish so much more if they utilized both sides of the beach tag. On the reverse side of the tag the shore towns could print important phone numbers such as police, fire, and medical services or the phone numbers of other community offices but not everyone realizes that beach tags can be used as business cards as well.
