An Unconventional Business Card

The majority of business cards around today are pretty much the same in terms of design. They have the person’s name on the card, their email address, their phone number, their website and the address of their business. Aside from the information mentioned above there might be a business slogan on the card along with a picture of some other type of design that showcases your business.

There are some unconventional business cards floating around today including CDs, DVDs, and many other items. The one we are discussing today is a pin. Pins are incredibly popular among people of all ages because they can be placed on a person’s bag, jacket, shirt, hat, belt and any other piece of clothing they see fit.

Buttons are inexpensive to produce and easy to hand out to potential clients because they are small and do not take up too much room in a person’s pocket or a bag. Buttons can have pictures on them, slogans, contact information or anything else the person sees fit. Or, the person handing out the buttons can have only the name of their business printed on the button or their own name printed on the button. This makes people interested to find out what the business is all about or what the person is all about.

This will cause some people to perform a Google search on the Internet of the business or the person’s name to see what they are doing. This can be considered word of mouth marketing because there isn’t much info placed on the button but they still work as business cards.
